ABOUT FILM CLUB

Our Film Club is a space where cinema becomes a reason to meet, reflect, and share perspectives.

Throughout the year, we organize special screenings of carefully selected films - stories that invite us to look closer at everyday life, memory, identity, and the quiet moments that shape us.

Each screening brings together people who are curious about cinema and open to conversation. After the film, we invite the audience to stay for a discussion - a chance to exchange thoughts, ask questions, and explore the ideas that the film leaves with us.

Our Film Club is not only about watching films. It is about experiencing them together.

Come for the film - stay for the conversation.

About Film

What does it mean to keep the lights on when everything around you is collapsing? The Last Prometheus of Donbas captures the final months of a Ukrainian power plant that stood only 10 km from the frontline. As the war advances, energy workers continue operating under constant shelling, risking their lives to keep electricity running for the region. Filmed before the plant’s destruction and evacuation, the documentary preserves the last moments of a place that no longer exists.

Topics: war, energy infrastructure, resilience, memory
